Content: Hello,I'm writing because I bought your Acedada Rechargeable 2.4G USB Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Mouse, 800/1200 /1600 DPI off of Amazon on August 27. 2019, and it has stopped working. The mouse will no longer hold a charge after being plugged into the wall for an extended period of time. It's not an issue with the USB port, etc., because the mouse won't even turn on as soon as it is unplugged from the wall. I am requesting a return for a refund, or would be willing to exchange the mouse to try a different one in case this is a one-off product defect; I really liked the product for the ~2 months I was able to use it before it stopped working.Thank you in advance for your consideration and prompt response,LucÃa Hennelly

Content: Just ordered product ID AC0011 from amazon for my MacBook Pro. It does not seem to work. I think it is a problem with it charging and holding a charge but not sure. I followed directions and plugged in C-port first and then USB in to C adapter. Still doesn't work.
