Content: Good morning,I have tried to contact Acedada (twice) through the Amazon email provided when I purchased the "Ergonomic Mouse, Large Vertical Wireless Mouse - Acedada Rechargeable" and have yet to hear back. I'm writing in regard to the 24 month warranty for my Ergonomic Mouse I purchased April 30, 2020.I explained that the mouse stopped working and will not charge. The light will not go on when plugged in nor will it take a charge. My next step is to contact the president of Acedada as well as the Better Business Bureau.
