Content: On Feb. 18, 2021 I bought from Amazon your Left Handed Mouse, Lefty Ergonomic Wireless Mouse - Acedada Rechargeable 2.4G Left Hand Vertical Mice with Nano Receiver, 6 Buttons,item model # 8541644746. When I plugged it into my laptop to recharge it, a message stated the usb item could not be recognized; it malfunctioned. I cannot get it to work. It's less than 5 months old. What can be done about this? Thanks.

Content: On Aug 9th I purchased your Wireless Number Pad and Mouse Combo, Acedada Portable Ultra Slim 2.4GHz USB Wireless Numeric Keypad and Mouse Set for Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, PC Computer - Black from Amazon. I was very pleased with the product until today when the 1 key quit working. On the Amazon Site it says there is a Lifetime Warranty. How can I go about getting a replacement?Many Thanks,

Content: I purchased your Large vertical rechareable mouse - great hand feel. I can no longer charge it. I have been able to tape the charging cord to get it to connect and can non longer do that. I am afraid to purchase another - as it might be the case !Thanks Ray
