Content: HI,I purchase the Acedada Rechargeable 2.4GHz Optical Ergonomic Mice : 3 Adjustable 800/1200/1600 DPI 6 in September 2019. Last week, it suddenly stopped working. It was fully charged and I checked it on two different computers. It's been a great mouse until this happened. I would appreciate your support with this matter. Thank you.

Content: I bought a "[Upgraded] Bluetooth Number Pad, Designed for Mac OS and Windows Users, Dual System Aluminum Rechargeable Wireless Numeric Keypad External Numeric Keyboard for MacBook, MacBook Pro/Air, Windows LaptopSold by: Acedada Direct" on amazon. I cannot get it to work with my MacBook. There is no way to get the backspace key, the tab key, the delete key or the clear key to work. Worthless. Before I leave a really nasty review on Amazon, do you have a fix?
