Content: Hello, I'm requesting support for the Wireless Number Pad and Mouse Combo, Acedada Portable Ultra Slim 2.4GHz USB that I bought from Amazon. The mouse works fine, and most of the buttons (function keys) on the keypad work except for the actual numbers. I've tried turning Number Lock on and off with no success. I have a Dell Inspiron 7373. When Num Lock is off, the arrow keys work, but otherwise, the 0, ., 1-9 buttons all do not work. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the keypad or my computer, but any assistance would be appreciated.

Content: I purchased your Wireless Number Pad, Acedada Portable Slim Mini USB 2.4GHz 22-Key Financial Accounting Numeric Keypad for Data Entry in Excel Advanced 10 Key for Lapt in April. It is not keying consistently. I have changed the battery numerous times and it will key some numbers and then just stop keying or it will skip a number. As an accountant, this is very challenging. Can you offer suggestions on correcting the issue? Have you had other complaints with this model?
