Content: Hello, I recently purchased an Acedada Rechargeable 2.4G USB Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Mouse. It worked for a couple of weeks of daily use, and then Windows 10 stopped responding to it. It is fully charged, and the USB receiver is detected by Windows. Can you share the mouse driver with me so I can reinstall it? Or, do you have any other ideas?Thanks,Scott

Content: Hello, I recently purchased an Acedada Rechargeable 2.4G USB Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Mouse. It worked for a couple of weeks of daily use, and then Windows 10 stopped responding to it. Content: I purchased the wireless earbuds and they were working great but the last two days the sound has been going off and on and then eventually no sound. I have to put them in case and repair and they will work for a while but it keeps happening. Is there a way to reset the earbuds or do you think they are defective?

The Amazon Order # was 112-9575787-5466619. As of a two weeks ago, the mouse's rechargeable battery will only last for about 15 minutes on a full charge. I have tried everything to get it to last longer per charge. I also, tried to look for warranty information both on Amazon and on your site, but there is nothing listed. What is the warranty for this product and can it be replaced due to the defective rechargeable battery?Thank you.Joel Barber
