Content: I have the Wireless Number Pad and Mouse Combo, Acedada Portable Ultra Slim 2.4GHz USB Wireless Numeric Keypad and Mouse. The mouse worked great for a time but now its not working. The mouse does not move around the screen smoothly. I had to use the mouse pad to get the cursor to a location. The mouse has the lifetime warranty. How do I get a replacement for the mouse?

Content: Hello, I purchased your wireless ergonomic mouse from amazon in Dec 2019 and I love it. Today the left click button stopped working. I restarted the PC, tried turning the mouse off and on, and unplugging and repluggling the dongle, but the button still does not work. Do you have suggestions for another fix? I will buy a new one if necessary, as it's a wonderful product.

It seems to me like it won't hold a charge anymore, but it won't even work when it's plugged in (even though the red charging light is on). Content: Hello can you please help? I have RF304 wireless 10-key. One of the keys fell off but seems fine, it still has the hooks on the back. But I cannot figure out how to make it stick back to the keypad. Is there a tutorial or do you have suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you!
